Brothers Vito & Salvo Scaduto fully refurbished Red or White and reopened the restaurant along with Head Chef Marc Salmon, who formerly worked with Vito at the Bath Priory and was Head Chef at the Olive Tree, Bath. Marc has created an Italian based menu by using local produce and marrying it with Italian tradition.
